Cadan Crawford

Associate

Cadan joined the CLX Ventures team in February 2025 as a Development Associate. His responsibilities include sourcing land acquisition opportunities, underwriting development projects, and supporting active developments.

Before joining CLX Ventures, Cadan was an Associate at Kalterra, where he underwrote potential land sites, sourced opportunities, negotiated contracts with landowners, and issued LOIs. He also built scenario models for development projects, refinances, and capitalizations, and assisted in the development of over 1,000 units.

Cadan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
