David is an executive with over 40 years of successful multi-family development experience, participating in the construction of 12,000+ units nationwide. At CLX, he identifies key market opportunities, runs due diligence, and executes multi-family projects—coordinating design professionals and construction contractors.

 

Using his experience in the public sector, he smoothly manages municipality relations and their entitlement processes. Prior to joining the CLX team, David served as the Managing Director of PinPro, developing Class A multifamily in Greater Houston. Previously, he was Regional Manager for CMA Consulting Group, Vice President of GreenMark, a Gerald Hines firm, and Regional Manager of Deal Development for Kaiser Aenta.
