David Strubbe

Controller

David joined the CLX team in March 2022 as Controller. His responsibilities include company accounting, budget & forecast analysis, coordinating reporting with outside entities, and special projects.

Prior to joining CLX Ventures, David was with CBRE for 13 years in multiple management roles. Most recently, he was Assistant Controller, managing the Asset Services six-member team handling the corporate accounting and reporting duties for the Central & Southeast region.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.
